Our Story… how it all began
I dedicate this website to two most wonderful people David & Monty Rudov. Their service to humanity is exemplary and without their break-through invention, I would, still be burning the mid night oil, looking after my asthmatic daughter.
In Australia, one in four primary school children and one in seven teenagers currently suffer from asthma. Asthma is the most common cause of hospital admissions for children between the ages of five and fourteen and is a major cause of school absenteeism. In childhood, prevalence is higher in boys than in girls but by adult life this becomes relatively even.

This reality hit me hard, when my three-year-old daughter was diagnosed as being asthmatic. Upon hearing the news, my whole world fell apart. No one in the family had asthma before and it was a huge learning curve, just to understand what asthma is and how to recognise symptoms of a coming attack.
For two years, my daughter battled for her life, sometimes so acute that we had to call ambulance at odd hours for an urgent medical intervention. It was sad to see that she could not participate in any sports or strenuous activity as it made her short of breath.
It was the feeling of being helpless, a mute spectator, in the entire episode that increased my resolve to do something for our child. We were at a point where the little girl was put on steroids to just to get her breathing stabilized.
